SOMA & SIP
You’ve spent a lifetime being the “good girl”, it’s time to step out of your cage…
Soma and Sip is Club Soma’s signature 3-hour group experience. Facilitated in Melbourne, these workshops are designed to help women break free from “good girl” conditioning - patterns of people-pleasing, caretaking, perfectionism, and silence. All while enjoying your favourite drink.
Soma and Sip blends somatic practices with community connection, offering a safe space for women to express, explore, and reconnect with who they are beneath the expectations.

This is for the woman who’s done being polite, perfect, and palatable.
She’s outgrown the rules, the roles, and the rhythms that kept her small.
She’s in transition—maybe burning out, breaking free, or breaking down—but one thing’s clear: the old way isn’t working anymore.
This is for the woman who craves more.
More depth. More desire. More truth in her bones.
It’s for the ones ready to meet themselves, not just heal—but unleash.
This is where the good girl comes to die—and the real one rises.

We move. We feel. We release. Each session is intuitively led by the energy in the room, no two are ever the same. Expect nervous system rituals, guided embodiment, sensual movement, and space to express whatever your body is holding. No choreography, no performance, just deep, real connection.
Each Soma & Sip experience comes with wine, bubbles or non-alcoholic drinks and nibbles to delight all the senses. -
Not at all. This is for all experience levels, from a seasoned embodied babe to a novice. Steph will hold your hand every step of the way. Everything in a Soma & Sip is an invitation, not mandatory. Your body gets to lead. Every part of you is welcome.

Wear whatever helps you feel comfortable and free, think soft, stretchy, sensual. Bring water, a journal if you’d like to reflect, and an open mind.

Absolutely. Most women do. This is a safe, welcoming space where connection comes naturally, even if you don’t say a word.
