This is a gentle 4-week container designed to slow things down and bring you back into relationship with your body, so you can start to actually hear what it has been communicating underneath everything you’ve been managing.
It’s for the moments where you might be feeling:
tired no matter how much you rest
disconnected from your body or numb to pleasure
anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”
frustrated with patterns of overdoing, people-pleasing, or holding yourself back
Experience stress-related physical symptoms such as cycle changes, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, fatigue, or chronic stress responses in the body
In this space, we begin to gently work with what’s underneath those experiences, through a somatic lens, rather than trying to fix the surface.
Over the 4 weeks, we will:
explore where your body has learned to over-function, shut down, or stay in survival patterns
notice where tension, stress, or emotional holding is living in your system
begin to unwind patterns of people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and over-responsibility, while supporting your nervous system in moving towards more regulation and safety
start to come back into trust with your own signals and inner knowing, feel more connected to your body, sensation, and emotional experience, reconnect with moments of ease, aliveness, and presence, and show up in your life, relationships, and work with more steadiness and self-trust
This is not about forcing change, but about creating enough safety for your body to soften, process, and begin to reorganise itself in a way that feels more aligned and supported.

This 8-week container is for women who are ready to go deeper into the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves, and begin working with them at the level of the body and nervous system.
It’s for the moments where you might be noticing:
anxiety, stress, or tension that doesn’t seem to fully shift
low desire, or guilt, confusion, or disconnection around pleasure and sexuality
frustration, self-doubt, or feeling unseen in your relationships or work
a sense of being disconnected from your body, your boundaries, or your own direction in life
experiencing stress related physical symptoms
In this space, we begin to gently work with what’s underneath these experiences through somatic therapy, rather than staying at the level of symptom management or surface-level change.
Over the 8 weeks, we will:
explore the deeper patterns and conditioning that shape how you relate to yourself, your body, and others
work with nervous system responses that keep you in cycles of over-functioning, shutdown, or self-abandonment
begin to unwind long-held emotional and relational patterns around boundaries, visibility, expression, and desire
support you in reconnecting with your body, sensation, and internal signals in a more consistent and resourced way
As this unfolds, you may start to:
feel more supported in speaking your needs and being heard in your relationships
reclaim a quieter, steadier sense of authority at work without over-performing
feel more at home in your body and more able to recognise what you actually want and need
move through life with a more grounded sense of confidence, clarity, and ease
